What happens next

Usually within one to two working days.

Arranged on WhatsApp at a time that suits you.

Your schedule and fee appear in the portal.

Submitted in the portal and verified by the office.

Due on the 5th of each month.

Grace period 6th to 8th, with the 8th as the final grace day.

Unverified current month is suspended on the 9th.

Suspension pauses access only. Nothing is deleted, and verification reactivates the account automatically.
